  I've been living here for going on 2 years. I really like the complex and my apartment. It's quiet and conveniently located. Anytime I have any issues, the office is on it immediately. Truly grateful for that. Norma is always responsive and goes out of her way to make sure everything is up to par. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you Norma and team for all you do.

  My name Diane , What stands out about this property is the manager Norma , she actually cares about the residents, she listens to any concerns you have . She makes sure that things are taken care of , usually the same day . She communicates very well. We know that anytime we need something repaired She makes sure it’s taken care of right away .

  The only thing good about this place is I have an office. What’s good about an office if the children in the neighborhood are kicking their soccer ball at my wall and window from the outside and when I talk to the apartment management and they’ve done absolutely nothing. I’ve made multiple complaints and they said there will be repercussions but none have been made. Moving is on the top of our mind. The parents in this neighborhood do not know how to parent or teach their children how to be respectful to others.

  I have been a resident for a little over 3 years and overall have had a truly uplifting stay over the years. Maintenance requests are addressed with remarkable efficiency and the area itself is a serene oasis, quiet and well kept. We are fortunate to have a dedicated patrolman who rides through, ensuring our safety, and no unnecessary towing, which is a huge plus. It's a vibrant and diverse community that thrives on connection. The property manager Norma is a shining star, always organizing something fun for the community twice a month, a wonderful incentive that brings us all together. I gave it a 4 stars because although sometimes circumstances beyond their control arise, such as water shut-offs and restorations, overall it's been a truly great experience

  I am giving Bravo Apartments a review due to a consistently appalling decline in management and maintenance. My mother has been a resident for four years and the last two years she has faced nothing but disregard and neglect. After a previous manager left, the entire quality of service plummeted. The maintenance supervisor and make-ready staff have both left (Jesus was the best) and the leasing consultants never stay. Most disappointingly, the current manager, Norma, is utterly unresponsive and dismissive. Recently, they charged my mother $100 for not moving items out of a chimney for her a last minute inspection, despite never notifying her. However they promised and even scheduled a carpet clean for her renewal and nobody ever went! And let’s not mention the on-going leaks they have with residents left without water days at a time! High electric and water bills do to the property being so old! When she raised this with the office, a leasing consultant named Jocelyn mocked her and dismissed her concerns, even going so far as to say she didn’t care and told her to call corporate. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a model tenant who has never missed a rent payment. When she transferred units, they gave her nothing but obstacles, and the apartment itself is in terrible shape—mold, leaks, roaches—all ignored. She had to fix these problems herself, and every work order is just marked as completed without resolution. The vacancy rate says it all—this property is suffering because the management simply does not care. Stay far away if you value safety and respect.
