  I have been here 5 years. things have really went downhill we haven't had a swimming pool for 3 years the gates haven't worked for 3 years I made my mom over to Mariposa which is the other apartment complex owned by these people two blocks away because it was a safe community at that time her security gates have not worked either for more than 2 years. the girls in the office are great and maintenance is definitely great we have a wonderful courtesy officer.Most of the thing that are gotten. another really isn't a lot that the girls in the office can do I've even emailed corporate haven't got a response yet still no working security gates at either place. Management does nothing all the loud music and partying day and night.If you want to live at at safe place that takes care of property this is not that place. I used to love living here now I won't even invite company over as they would have to navigate all the yelling and partying people just to get up the stairs to my door.

  Vanessa is so nice and professional we love it here and Tara is great as well and the maintenance team is A1

  Vanessa and Tara Sophia are amazing the apartment staff is professional and the apartments are truly beautiful apt home thanks for bringing this community to the River Road area
