- AGAl GarciaJan 3, 20261.0Been in my house 6 weeks and can’t use my appliances due to sand in my water well that Legendary Drilling drilled. Have been trying to get Robert and Legendary Drilling to come back out and fix the issue and 1st off Legendary won’t respond or answer my phone calls and Robert doesn’t either. When I do get a hold of Robert he Gives no updates and all he says is we don’t guarantee the quality of water. I know one thing they don’t guarantee the quality of work either. Well was drilled poorly and not packed correctly. Once they got their money their service went out the door. I wouldn’t trust one thing Robert tells you or any of these crooks at Clayton Homes. GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A HOUSE. CLAYTON HOMES IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND SO ARE THEIR CONTRACTORS.!!!!!!

I am unable to use any appliances drink or cook with the water and still have to shower at my son’s house down the road. When contacting Robert at Clayton Homes, he lies and says he will get it taken care of. He has done nothing DONT BUY HERE

We were buying land and a home, so there were a lot of moving pieces, and she worked closely with the lenders to keep everything on track for closing. She was always quick to answer questions and made the whole process feel way less stressful. Robert, the manager, was also super helpful and easy to work with. Even though this wasn’t our first home, Clayton Homes did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. We’re obsessed with the house too! Great insulation, energy efficient, Samsung appliances, smart thermostat… all the things. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend Clayton Homes.

First of all the homes prices are very fair, very good quality, nice design, Samsung refrigerator, stove and dishwasher which is also important. I went to many difference companies nobody has as good prices as Clayton Homes has. And the very important thing they have amazing staff, excellent customer service, nice managers and salesmen. They can give you very good deal, and you won't never regret. I recommend everyone to go the Clayton Homes, and take advantages of this amazing companies deals.
