  Mark Jipp was wonderful to work with as we applied to live here. It is a great apartment complex and we look forward to being here a while. There are mature trees and quiet neighbors. The local HEB is quite large with a huge sushi section.

  Worked with Mark Jipp for an apt tour, he was very upfront and helpful in better understanding the documents to apply.

  This place went from a 3 star to 0 star for me. First, maintenance takes their time getting orders done. Been here since November, just got the first work order I put in two days after I moved in done 2 days ago (March 1). Second, idk what happen to Ms. Michelle (manager when I applied), but when we signed our lease, utilities were included in rent. All we had to pay was lights. $1180 plus $15 for parking is what's on our lease. Suddenly, this company Luma Corp takes over and rent no longer includes utilities, nobody informed us of changes at all and still haven't. We are now paying all utilities even though our lease says we only pay rent and parking. Rent is now almost 1400 for trash of a complex. . Still no maintenance on the toilet that was leaking before we moved in. Pay system doesn't work but they swear it's us. Last month, they placed a noticed to vacate on our door because our payment didn't go through on their system (unintentional and wasn't out fault). Didn't call and say we missed payment or give a warning or nothing. It wasn't even the 15th yet. I would've never moved out here in this dump it it were 1400 from the beginning.. it aint worth it.. it wasn't even worth the 1195 before, but it was within our budget. These pple don't give two shakes of a lambs tail about their tenants. They just want to clean your pockets and expect you to do nothing about it.

  My family and I really enjoy living here! We wanted to leave a good review especially after seeing these ridiculous bad reviews. People complain too much. Parking could be better at times we do agree but that's not anyone's fault and definitely not anything to complain about. Recently, they even repainted our "reserved" sign for our parking spot and we didn't even ask for it!! So nice of them!! It's close to EVERYTHING and there's no crime and it's so quiet!! Margie and Susan have always been so nice to us. So far the 9 months we've lived her have been fantastic!! Also, they are very on top of fixing things. The area is just beautiful! If anyone is considering living here, they should take it! You won't regret it. There are a lot of families with children too which makes for a nice environment. We see that people live here for years. Hopefully we can do the same (:
