My wife (who was pregnant at the time) was mainly handling the paperwork while I was working. Shelby personally helped her with everything, which made my wife happy and decreased my level of stress. Whenever I've had issues with other tenants or things not working I can call them up at the front office and they respond almost immediately. Shelby has been particularly helpful in my endeavors at Knox Allen, and is usually the first one to answer the phone when I call. I was unsure about how I was supposed to go about asking for things to get fixed (this is my first apartment) but Shelby explained the process to me and shared her experience with renting and how to get the best out of it. The pool is great too but I really feel like I've found a home here!
