  We just got our home put on our property and have had such a great experience. They weren’t pushy during the sales process at all. I was so anxious about the installation and delivery but everyone at Clayton answered all my questions and assured us along the way. All repairs were completed without question. Thankful we went with them instead of some of the super gimmicky competitors in town we visited.

  Had THE BEST experience with them in the process of buying a home! We had tried Titan a couple years ago and Clayton was 1000x better!!! Highly recommend Sammy as your consultant! He is down to Earth and really tries to find a home you would love! The people that delivered the house were even super nice and talked to us! 10/10 experience with Clayton and so will be recommending them forever!

  Austin was a great salesman and got everything done quickly and Vanderbilt financing was great. Those are the only positives I have. The quality of the home is terrible, we have crooked walls and door jams, uneven ceiling and the list goes on. I BEGGED to have Austin or Tarrance come see the house because I was sure it wouldn’t meet their standards but unfortunately they weren’t able to or wouldn’t I’m not sure which but we are located 3 hours away so it’d take a lot of time and gas. Steven that was sent to make some repairs was great and did all he could to at least trick the eye so you couldn’t see some of the defects. The brand new septic tank that was put in smells terrible and someone is supposed to be here this week to try to fix that. The skirting was installed today and looks horrible. Seams dont meet up and are crooked, it just sits on top of uneven ground and could easily be dug under by an animal if they can’t go thru one of the many gaps and apparently an animal had been underneath but Austin was able to tell us how to take a piece down to get it out before it died under the house. The skirting goes up and down and in and out from the edge of the house. I am very disappointed. I also find it odd when I scroll thru reviews and see several five star reviews submitted from employees. I keep hoping it will get better but so far I don’t think it will. Everything we had has gone into this purchase and we will make the best of it but I honestly could not in good conscience recommend anyone to go thru the same experience. I hate to have anything negative to say about anyone but I just can’t sugar coat this one, I think there are very wonderful people that work for the company and I hope they are doing their best. Its not personal because I do like the people I’ve dealt with but I guess my standards or expectations are too high? I can’t give a higher rating in honesty.

  most friendly staff. went in just to look at what they had to offer and ended up leaving with multiple houses in mind. Friendly from the the moment I walked in and very good at salesmanship. not able to afford just yet due to college but this will be the place i go to when i am ready. 10 stars ;).
