  I have been on the hunt for a house for a few years now, and it wasn't until I started working with Montgomery at the Sweetwater location, that I realized it was all possible at an affordable price. My expectations started off low because of the negative connotation that comes with a mobile manufactured home. But Monte was able to break things down into understandable terms, he was there every step of the way, and followed through with every promise! I am overjoyed with how my house came out. It's gorgeous! I have spoken with several Clayton Homes dealers, but if you're serious about buying, go see Monte. He will be real with you, and help you find a home that fits your needs. He doesn't waste any time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thank you again for your help Monte, you really went above and beyond.

  Had a great experience with everyone here. Monty Roark did a fantastic job helping me out! Always answered promptly and done whatever he could to help! Great place with great people. Monty is definitely the guy to get when purchasing your home

  I was trying to buy my first home and land package from Clayton homes in Sweetwater TN, I met Monty the first day I went there and he helped me and stayed by my side through the whole process. He was so nice and easy to talk to When you have questions and never done anything like this he was right there all I had to do was text or call. I was always very busy with work so he would text me all details that I needed to know and we picked what home suited me through text since I didn’t have much time to go there. Monty is the best guy for the job, he deserves a raise or bonus for putting up with me.

  My experience with clayton in sweetwater was great from beginning to end...Monty was very helpful and a pleasure to work with getting my home selected and all our options nailed down...after that Derrell was great in getting all construction steps lined up and scheduled and was always available to answer questions...Brandy was great in getting all the subs lined up and kept me informed with progress reports...Matt was great with the excavation process ....and now after we have moved in,Tim and his guys are great to deal with with warranty repairs and is always quick to respond....I would gladly recommend clayton in sweetwater to anyone interested in a home

  Want to give a big shout out to Clayton Homes Sweetwater TN! Our salesman Montgomery Rourke or as we call him Monty! He went above and beyond for us during the whole process. We had visited several different locations looking for a salesman we were comfortable with. Monty walked us through every step with patience, honesty, and kindness. This was our first home purchase. So not only were we nervous but also there was so many things we didn't know. He answered all of our questions, returned every call, and just made the whole experience easy! I just can't say enough about this young man! So I will say if you are looking to purchase a mobile home most definitely head to Clayton in Sweetwater TN and ask for Monty! Hands down the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Thank you Clayton Sweetwater for everything! Merry Christmas and God bless!
