  I cannot say enough great things about Clayton Homes in Sweetwater! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Monty Roark, who provided truly exceptional service. He was always quick to return calls, answer questions, and guide us through every step of the process. We needed to customize a home to be handicap accessible for my mom, and Monty went above and beyond—working closely with the builders to ensure every detail and accommodation was thoughtfully included. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident in every decision along the way. Darrell was also wonderful to work with. He came out to assess our property and helped make what we thought was impossible, possible—placing the home exactly where we wanted it. His expertise and problem-solving made a huge difference. We are absolutely thrilled with the floor plans and the home they helped us choose—it is beautiful and perfectly suited to our needs. Throughout the entire process, Monty kept us informed and made everything feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking to buy a home, I highly recommend Clayton Homes in Sweetwater—and be sure to ask for Monty Roark. You won’t be disappointed!

  Monty Roark at Clayton homes in Sweetwater has been amazing. He helped us deal with a very not nice land owner we were trying to buy our property from to have a new house put up and he did everything he could to help us out. Would absolutely recommend to everyone looking for a new trailer.

  I looked into a house that Monty was selling on a facebook marketplace listing. He was very respectful with outstanding hospitality, quick messaging and detailed responses. If you are shopping for a forever home or something that is updated with space then I recommend talking to Monty if you're looking for professional customer service! 👌👌👌

  We had the pleasure of working with Monty Through our process at Clayton homes in Sweetwater And it was by far the best service and experience we’ve ever dealt with in this process. Monty made everything so easy. He literally handled everything for us. All we had to do was tell him what we wanted and pick colors. He was so accommodating and kind. He was patient enough to work with our busy work schedules And hard hours of availability made every discount possible, and was just all-around an honest person rather than looking for a Quick dollar off of commission If you’re looking to purchase a home, I 10 out of 10 recommend you going to see Monty. He’ll take care of every needs. You have to make your experience as peaceful and accommodating as he possibly can.

  We have been in contact with Monty Roark for a couple of months now about buying a home from Clayton Homes in Sweetwater TN. We are more than pleased with his assistance and very impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and above all..his continuing friendliness! Even tho we have not been able to purchase yet, it has been thru no fault on his part whatsoever! He has done everything within his power and has gone above and beyond to guide us thru several loopholes and answer every question we have had..and believe me...there have been gazillions of them! When we get everything taken care like Monty suggested to us, HE will be the main reason we will have a new home and it will be right where HE helped us get it set up and moved into! You couldn't ask for a more qualified, helpful, and down-right friendly salesman than Monty Roark. He'll do you right whatever it takes!
