  I love King’s Crest. Angelique runs the property perfectly — if you do what you’re supposed to, you will have absolutely no problems here. Daniel does great work maintaining the property, and any issue I’ve ever had was addressed quickly and fixed within the same week. I moved to King’s Crest in August of 2018, and I’ve seen it go through various changes, including a change in management, and it is the best it has ever been. I’ve lived in three separate units as my family has grown, and I have always been satisfied. All three units were well put together, aside from a few minor things that were quickly fixed. The units are solid, and in my time living in them, I have almost never been able to hear my neighbors through the walls. Even after leaving to rent somewhere else, my family and I returned because we enjoyed living at King’s Crest so much. The property is in a perfect area, nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of multiple gas stations, CVS/Walgreens, and Food Lion. There is a playground for children and a community pool with fob entry to keep it safe and clean for residents only. There’s no such thing as perfect, but King’s Crest is close to it. If you’re looking for somewhere solid to put down roots, this is a great place to do so.

  My family and I were so excited to move to Kings Crest Townhomes. Beautiful community and so quiet. When we moved in our kitchen was covered in ants! I opened a drawer and it was just black there were so many. We reported it and they “took care” of the issue. It wasn’t until the 4th call during our 2 year stay here that the issue was resolved. We also had an issue with wasp that would just randomly pop up in cabinets and in rooms. The unit was nice but had some issues. The railing going up the stairs was not sturdy but was told there was nothing they could do about it. The unit was halfway renovated. The downstairs bathroom the baseboards were not even attached to the wall. No screens on the windows. The carpet going up the stairs was a trip hazard it was very loose. The doorknobs on the closets were put on the doors with some type of glue then we got charged for them not being attached at move in. Our water bill was over $150 for 3 months due to a leak they would not figure out. We also got charged for blinds at move out even though we left a brand new set in the unit. And we got charged for patching our own holes. The community was good till it wasn’t anymore.
