  I love King’s Crest. Angelique runs the property perfectly — if you do what you’re supposed to, you will have absolutely no problems here. Daniel does great work maintaining the property, and any issue I’ve ever had was addressed quickly and fixed within the same week. I moved to King’s Crest in August of 2018, and I’ve seen it go through various changes, including a change in management, and it is the best it has ever been. I’ve lived in three separate units as my family has grown, and I have always been satisfied. All three units were well put together, aside from a few minor things that were quickly fixed. The units are solid, and in my time living in them, I have almost never been able to hear my neighbors through the walls. Even after leaving to rent somewhere else, my family and I returned because we enjoyed living at King’s Crest so much. The property is in a perfect area, nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of multiple gas stations, CVS/Walgreens, and Food Lion. There is a playground for children and a community pool with fob entry to keep it safe and clean for residents only. There’s no such thing as perfect, but King’s Crest is close to it. If you’re looking for somewhere solid to put down roots, this is a great place to do so.

  Very nice area and Angelique is amazing and has helped with all my questions ! I really enjoy living here and it is so homey!
