The reason I am giving this place a one star is because of management. Even seeing the responses in some of these reviews, I can see the slight level of unprofessionalism I have come to expect. The BIGGEST annoyance is that they do not give you notice when they come to change the air filters. Everywhere else I have lived; they have provided you with a notice that says when staff will be entering your apartment. The staff here knock (so there is that at least...🙄), but they do not let you prepare should you be a pet owner, or work from home, or are possibly having sex on your couch or walking around naked with headphones on after the shower... They just come in seconds after knocking. They have given notice for more involved tasks, but NOTICE SHOULD BE GIVEN ANYTIME SOMEONE COMES INTO YOUR LIVING SPACE. I inquired about a notice once before and management absurdly asked, "why do you need notice?" If this is supposed to be the "home" they always say it is, which I find ridiculous anyway, why can they not show us the minimal form of respect by providing a notice? I have never lived anywhere else that does this, and everyone I know asks if it is legal. I am sure it is, but it just shows they are incapable of this common courtesy.
Another recent annoyance I had with them in terms of how they run this property is how they handled the ice storm we had recently. The entire property was a sheet of ice for longer than it should have been, and longer than it was at other properties. No preventative measures were taken to make sure people did not slip and fall, and it was very difficult for an entire week to navigate the property.
I have paid my rent on time every month, and I have given management zero reason to have any sort of negative interaction with me. I do not mind living here in terms of the building, the unit itself, and the location. Maintenance is very responsive and nice, too. I just wish the people in charge of decision making did not make it feel like such an anxiety inducing environment not knowing when someone is going to come in, or if you need to make sure your pets are in a room in case they got out. They do not care about the planning that tenants might WANT or NEED to make before they do what they do, and it makes me not want to renew my lease. We pay too much here to deal with all this.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service we received at Anthem at Creekside, especially from Jessica on the management team. When we first moved into a second-floor apartment, we had an issue because the resident below us complained about the noise from my daughter running and playing — completely normal for a child.
Jessica handled the situation with patience, empathy, and outstanding professionalism. She took the time to understand our situation and worked quickly to find a fair and effective solution for us. Thanks to her help, we were able to move to a first-floor apartment with no transfer fees, no increase in rent, and she even secured a larger apartment for the same price as the smaller one we originally had. On top of that, she also arranged a credit for the first month in the new apartment.
This level of customer service is rare. Jessica managed everything flawlessly, with genuine care and dedication that truly made a difference. My family and I are extremely thankful and very happy to live here. I highly recommend Anthem at Creekside 100%.

I've been living here for over a month now, and it's been wonderful! I did face a few challenges when I first moved in, but Jessica was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. Thank you so much—I'd definitely recommend living here!
Living at Anthem at Creekside has been such a wonderful experience over the past two years. I’ve loved the spacious layout and the convenient location near shopping and restaurants on Sam Ridley. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the space and amenities offered.
Jessica, the Assistant Community Manager, is always a joy to interact with—she greets me with a smile every time and is so pleasant to work with. Nick, the head of Maintenance, has been amazing! Anytime I had an issue, he responded quickly and got it taken care of efficiently.
If I weren’t relocating for work, I’d be renewing my lease in a heartbeat. I’ll truly miss living here and highly recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I read some of the views and still wanted to give this place a try. I called and went in. The two office ladies are very rude. I asked about an apartment home for me and my wife and I was treated very unkindly. I ending up Leaving. You can’t be rude to people and expect for them to give you their business.
