It is a process, as with any large purchase, and it was our first. He was patient with our never ending questions and concerns, we had so many! Lol We've been moved in for aprox 2 months and the very small issues we've had were addressed by their maintenance team in a timely manner. Using their app for maintenance requests is the way to go! The team have been super professional and polite when coming to fulfill even the smallest work order. Overall, our entire experience has been wonderful! I'm happy we chose this location, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
