  We had some hiccups with them but our Salesman Carl Koch was absolutely FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond his job to help take care of thing for us. If you decide to buy one of their home if I were you I would ONLY deal with Carl.

  From November 27th I was told my trailer was on the lot and was ready for delivery, it is now February 9 and so far my trailer hasn't been delivered. I am asking first thing each Monday morning and some weeks multiple times from Monday to Friday when my trailer is going to be delivered and I have been left with countless excuses as to why it hasn't been delivered, whether it's the weather sickness in the family employees not wanting to work for various reasons. I am a handicapped person, a left below knee amputee and since all this has started I have no access to my wheelchair, so my body hasn't gotten any rest so I'm in pain all the time. Another thing I want to add is I'm disabled and don't make as much money as others and I feel like I'm being discriminated against because the contractor seems to feel my trailer is not worth his time and the trailer has a sign called Baltic Avenue, yes just like the cheapest property spot in monopoly. Since I've been moved to Murfreesboro temporarily till my trailer is set up, I've been in two accidents my mother has been in the hospital because she couldn't see her doctors because we are over an hour and a half away from our primary Care physician, we have gotten sick multiple times being around people, been in fights and on top of all this they encouraged us to immediately demolish our trailer because the sooner it was done the faster we could get ours delivered and set, our trailer was demolished on Thanksgiving and what bothers and angers me extremely is that we could have stayed in our trailer for at least another month or two more . I recommend to everyone who does business with them to choose a different company, they do not take the initiative getting anything done is like pulling teeth, the contractor takes forever to get the job done and still hasn't done ours yet. We were deceived and lied to because they are more worried about taking your money than they are making sure the client gets their home and is happy. I see what they do as unethical, unprofessional, infuriating,deceitful, manipulative and down right cruel most of in the beginning I had to play phone tag trying to get someone to call me back to answer my question concerns which should have been my warning to look at another option. I don't care what the positive reviews say. My review is 100% truthful in regards to how my entire experience is and I strongly urge you to avoid the company and seek business elsewhere. This has been a complete nightmare and I can't believe a company that's job to deliver trailers has done business like this. Currently as of today they have hung up twice and said another week. They have been saying this every week after the next. My mother suffers from depression and I have never seen my mother this depressed in my entire life. If you struggle with mental health or bad health issues stay away from this company. BEWARE!

  Very overall disappointed and would not recommend this company. We were told to tear down our home the day before Thanksgiving with the expectation we could be in our new home by Christmas. We were told 6 weeks maximum. It is the end of January with not even a trailer delivery date. This is a disgrace of a company. When dealing with a literal roof over someone’s head, there should be clear expectations laid out, regardless if it will make or break a sale. We feel like they knew we would not purchase if we knew, and therefore were completely lied to. They have one contractor they use and share with many mobile home dealers in the state. We even found a contractor who could do the work, and were given the runaround. Beware! This company will force you to tear your existing home down, and leave you homeless. There should be an expedited plan of action once the existing trailer is destroyed!
