  We had a great experience with Kevin Fujiwara. He answered all of our questions and helped us get exactly what home we needed. Him and his team are the best. The process was so quick and easy and it was all thanks to Mr. Fuji!

  Researched their products and shopped extensively before deciding to go with Clayton Newport. Best decision ever! Process was simple and met every request we had in the design phase. Build and delivery was fast and sales staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. After install, our on-site warranty support staff are incredible and professional. They know everything about this building style and fixed our few small issues and are VERY responsive. Ebuilt+ has saved us a LOT on our utilities as well! Best homeowner experience for us and we’re a year into this buyer/builder relationship!

  We unfortunately lost our home to hurricane helene. We went with another company initially. 6 months in, we still had made zero progress. I randomly called clayton homes to just get an idea of if the process was like this for everyone or was this company not up to parr. Shane answered the phone and immediately had more answers and knowledge then the other company had given us within the entire 6 months. I called prior company and switched to clayton homes. Within 3 days Shane had already had more contact and done more for us then the other company. He saved us thousands of dollars out of pocket right off the bat. I had told him what the other company wanted us to do and how to move forward since we were in a flood zone. Shane immediately said no, that's not how we are going to do this and that is not how we take care of our people. Clayton took care of us and handled everything. Shane kept contact with us about every aspect and every new change developing. We just hit our one year mark since the flood and today we got the keys to our home. Had we not messed with the other company dor 6 months then I am confident that we would have been in sooner. Every employee we have dealt with has been nothing but amazing, kind and generous to us. If I could give them 10 star ratings I would. I highly recommend clayton homes.
