- TYToria Young4 days ago3.0I spoke to a neighbor in the elevator and said she really likes living there. I like the garage, however, the hallways are very dark. I think the apartment was nice! But I was not a fan of the balcony full of pigeon poop. It seems as though even people living in their apartments, have to deal with it as well by looking at their balconies.

We came by for a tour and the entire experience was the most clear, concise and thorough experience I’ve had when prospecting apartments. Pam in the office is a real gem, I’m grateful to her for her kindness and transparency - and she was so easy to get along with. We were so impressed by everything we saw, especially the amenities. The unit we looked at was spectacular - amazing window light and gorgeous kitchen. There’s no pool but in my experience, apartment pools can be a major headache for employees and residents alike. We would’ve picked West 46th in a heartbeat if there was more parking for residents instead of just 1 spot per bedroom, but we understand the space constraints of a bigger parking garage. If you’re considering living here, give it a tour - you’ll be impressed!!

The building is always so clean and I love the convenience of the package lockers. I feel really safe having a gated garage in this community. Would recommend living here to all my friends and family!
