  My experience at Vertis Green Hills was terrible. This place is a trailer park disguised as luxury living. Here are my reasons. The staff have absolutely no respect for your privacy. I personally felt uncomfortable with what I experienced as staff openly gossiping about residents in the lobby. They attempted to charge me for my ESA animal even after I provided proper documentation. I paid my rent on time every single month and almost always minded my own business, yet I still felt like I was treated unfairly. The water would go out probably once a month. Fire alarms went off multiple times in the middle of the night. The elevators were broken every few weeks, no joke. I always felt bad for the senior citizens who had to walk up the stairs during these outages, and staff often came across as dismissive when residents raised concerns, even though we were just asking for the bare minimum considering how much we paid. When I had conflict, I felt like I was blamed rather than supported, and the situation escalated to the point where I was contacted multiple times by a lawyer associated with Vertis. I personally experienced those interactions as intimidating and distressing, and at one point I seriously considered pursuing my own legal action. I’ll be honest, I even hesitated to write this review because of concerns about potential pushback, but I can’t stand by and say nothing when this was my experience. From my perspective, management seemed more focused on maintaining an image than actually taking care of residents. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My recommendation is to stay far away from this place.

  Yesterday I accidently threw a TJMaxx bag/returns down the trash shoot! I immediately went down to the lobby and ran into Dave. I expalined and he stopped what he was working on and took me to the garage holding area and he dug out my bag just in time for it not to be compacted. He was just so kind and didn't make me feel silly for having done that. And that he stopped and made it a priority really says alot about his level of service. THANK YOU DAVE!

  Nice and clean environment. Lobby attendant very friendly and helpful. I could see me being a resident. Just visiting for now.

  Hi all, I just toured multiple Vertis apartments and was guided by Melenda. The apartment options were very nice and I loved the sense of community at Vertis. Melenda was absolutely wonderful and so patient with my family and I. She was not only informed, but friendly, personable, and was again patient. She is one of the main reasons I’m seriously considering moving into the Vertis apartment complex.

  Kudos and thank you to the entire Vertis Green Hills staff for what they did/are doing to keep the building operating and keep residents as safe and comfortable as possible during the recent winter storm. Kudos go to Kristine, Dwight, Haggaikiah, Melenda, Macaya, the entire maintenance staff, and all unnamed other staffers. Thank you very much. Each of them had their own personal life to tend to; yet, each of them went above and beyond to do their best for residents. Awesome job!
