  I lived at the Guthrie for 2 years and waited until I moved out to write a review: I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care throughout my time there. The staff was always available, and helpful. 1- I was charged a fee for my dog using the balcony and tried to negotiate it, but even though I ended up paying it, every email was answered and the situation was handled really well. 2- I submitted a resident survey and got a call the next day to address the issues I raised, which I really appreciated. 3- My move-out experience was nothing less than ideal. They took the time to go over my options, showed me what needed to be fixed before vacating, and charged me a reasonable amount which I think was more than fair.

  Thin walls, no concessions given on renewals. Would not recommend.

  John and Logan are wonderful service techs here at the Guthrie. My work orders are always completed in a timely manner and efficiently!

  John and Joe were the absolute best! They came right away when I called for maintenance and were extremely helpful and kind. Great experience!

  Joe from the maintenance team is the best! He is always so quick to respond to requests and is so friendly!
