  Comfort, understanding, good neighbors, cleanliness in common areas and security, especially SECURITY, all of that is what you WON'T find renting at The Brentwood. There are advertisements claiming that security cameras are provided, but in reality, they are not. I have been a victim of vandalism three times, and in none of those instances did the management take responsibility; instead, they offer absurd excuses for failing to install security cameras. The laundry area looks like a war zone; the neighbors who use it seem like savages. There is no control over how many people live per apartment; I have seen as many as nine people living in a single unit, this creates chaos in the parking lot, and the cost of water and sewer is disproportionate. Leaky roofs, cockroaches, drunken people, etc..... $1,400 a month to live here is very, very, VERY EXPENSIVE

  I recently moved into this property and wanted to take a moment to recognize how great the management team has been. From the very beginning, they have been professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out to me is how attentive and helpful they’ve continued to be even after I moved in. Anytime I’ve had a concern or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely willing to help. That level of communication and care makes a big difference when you’re settling into a new place.Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with the management team and truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

  So pudiera ponerles 0 estrellas lo aria vivo aquí y es un asco! Está infestado de cucarachas llevo desde junio 3 2025 llevo diciéndoles que estos apartamentos están inventados y sé que no solo es mi apartamento porque un día hablé con unos vecinos que recién se avian mudado y también tienen los mismo problemas de las cucarachas, mi pareja a gastado más de 100$ por comprar veneno de cucarachas y nada que funciona. No arreglan nada la verdad. Oh y cuando los muchachos de maintains vienen solo se ponen a jugar con la bolsa de box de mi pareja que se ponga serio y haga su trabajo porfavor porque si la arrruina el no la va a pagar.

  My sister lives there and it’s HORRIBLE its invested of cockroaches and the maintenance horrible her air conditioning isn’t working and it’s been a month and they haven’t fix it and there’s much more problems
