  I toured this property for my son with the manager Abby. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about the apartment and also the surrounding area.

  04/08/2026 Disclaimer: For Fifteen Years, I Have Been Targeted For Exposing Barack Obama, Resulting In Government Organized Stalking And The Destruction Of My Stability. I Will Forgive, But My Story Matters. The Media, Politicians, And Others Ignored My Story. I Am A Poor Homeless Black Woman. I Stayed At Nashville Rescue Mission Women And Children Homeless Shelter From January 2024 To November 2024. I Passed The Tennessee State Certified Nursing Assistant Program And Worked Hard To Get Out Of That Homeless Shelter. While Working Hard, I Was Also Dealing With Harassment On And Off The Job, But The Targeting Followed Me. My Jobs Began Getting Attacked, And On 04/07/2026, I Was Forced Out Of My Nashville, Tennessee Apartment, Unit #504. I Worked Hard To Get That Apartment In November 2024. My Rent Was $1,072, Then Increased To $1,080 In February 2026, And I Paid Faithfully And On Time Until My Income Was Deeply Attacked In January 2026. Then Arrival, Onsite, Future Jobs Started Getting Canceled. At Eviction Court On 03/24/2026, Rutledge Flats Apartment Attorney Jennifer McCoy Group Would Not Accept $800 Toward The $1,564 Balance, Which Included Rent, Attorney Fees, And Late Fees, Or Work With Me. I Also Never Received The 6 Weeks Free Rent That Was Supposed To Apply To My First Lease From November 2024 To January 2026, Nor Under The New Lease From February 2026 To February 2027. I Asked About It Then, And I Ask About It Now, But I Got Nothing Except Excuses. I Called Carter-Haston, The Owner Of Rutledge Flats Apartments. Co-owner John Carter Never Returned My Call. Also, The Mattress In Unit #504 Had Cuts And Rips, And Screws Were Removed From The Office Chair, None Of Which Were Done By Me. That Led Me To Believe There Was Forced Entry. I Never Said Anything At The Time Because Of The Targeting And Because Housing Is Already Hard To Find. Now I Am Sitting Inside A Greyhound Station In Dallas, Texas. My Chest Is Hurting Even After Taking My Blood Pressure Medicine. My Leg Is Also Bothering Me. Why Should I Be Homeless Again? Repeated Homelessness For Fifteen Years?   I had a great experience this week with Alex the maintenance man! He worked so hard to keep us all warm and dry over the ice storm and I cannot thank him enough! Great job to Alex and the team!
