  They tried to take us to court for damages they said we did. But Renew had proof we didn’t damage the property. They waited two years after we moved out to contact us. They did not contact us through any channel provided previously. I have all my emails. What we got was a lawyer asking for damages in the mail two years layer. Instead of being adults and contacting us Via email about an issue. They sent us to their lawyer. Their lawyer will not help. They will lie for the person who pays them and they won’t help . Renter beware take photos and keep them.

  I had a great experience renting my home through Renew Real Estate Services. The house was brand new when I moved in, and everything was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. The team was professional, responsive, and handled any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner. The entire process from move-in to move-out was smooth. I would definitely recommend Renew Real Estate Services to anyone looking to rent a quality home.

  I absolutely love this management company. I've been a life long renter and they are by far the best. They don't nickle and dime you or charge exorbitant fees. I haven't had but a couple of maintenance requests, all minor, but they have always responded quickly and gotten them fixed right away. But what really stands out to me, is that they don't treat you like they are doing YOU a favor by renting to you. Yes, they have standards (as they absolutely should) but as long as you meet those standards they treat you like the customer. They are grateful and, for that, I'm grateful.
