It’s like one of those gym memberships you can’t get out of. Update: after this email they still charged again for January. You responded to this review saying to reach out for help and I did MULTIPLE times. This is the help I received what a joke. Probably why one of your branches in nashville closed. We rented the same conference room for a week and I asked for a chair with more lumbar support and was simply told "no". There are extra chairs everywhere, but the lack of even mulling over the accommodation was disheartening. **Update** Kate Santoyo saved the day and was able to procure us some office chairs after she saw me limping around the office.
