  Elizabeth was amazing and so positive to work with! We were on a time crunch to get our son moved into the until in 1 day, and she was able to make it happen! We were so impressed! I highly recommend West End Village as your go to if you are looking for quality apartment living! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Moved into an apartment in February, and a week later a resident moved in across the hall with a "service dog" that barked non-stop. I was given an excuse that the dog was just "adjusting." Service dogs are trained and accustomed to adapting quickly to new environments - I have had two of them. I was transferred to another apartment and now it's just the upstairs neighbors who stomp around at all hours of the day, but I suppose that's more tolerable than listening to a dog bark while I'm trying to work from home. I have contacted management numerous times and nothing has changed. Last week, two packages ($200 worth of merchandise) were taken (stolen) from outside of my apartment. I have proof of delivery from the delivery service. I was told that on the security video footage it shows that the packages were essentially "there one minute and gone the next." Management will not show me the footage, which is very suspicious in itself. Alexis, the assistant manager, is short and condescending and acts as though it is unreasonable to want/have a quiet residence where my packages can be delivered without being stolen -- also, there is a mandatory package delivery service fee, so this never should have happened in the first place. The location is good, the apartments are fine/standard, and Elizabeth, the leasing assistant, is very pleasant and helpful, as are all of the maintenance staff. Management is just nasty.

  This place is perfect! I enjoy the amenities and I love the neighborhood. Neighbors are respect and the staff is just awesome. I would like to give it 5 stars, but I do have a slight problem with the valet trash service, they are inconsistent. They should change the service. Other than that, this place is the best!
