Melenda was absolutely wonderful and so patient with my family and I. She was not only informed, but friendly, personable, and was again patient. She is one of the main reasons I’m seriously considering moving into the Vertis apartment complex.

Kudos go to Kristine, Dwight, Haggaikiah, Melenda, Macaya, the entire maintenance staff, and all unnamed other staffers. Thank you very much. Each of them had their own personal life to tend to; yet, each of them went above and beyond to do their best for residents. Awesome job!
- NNNancyJan 16, 20265.0I really do like the Vertis. I have been here for seven years and plan to stay here. I did move down one floor in December. The move went smoothly thanks to Tiffany, who handled the move for me. She made me feel so important and was so very nice to me. Dwight was there to advise me on the move - what a blessing he is to everyone at the Vertis. We all laugh and call him the mayor of the Vertis because he handles everyone's problems (everyone here thinks they are his favorite renter - he takes care of everyone the same). He has a rare gift. Tiffany and Dwight make a great team. The maintenance team handled all the needed corrections quickly. All of the concierges are tops, tending to all our needs. It is a great place to live!
- FDFunFit DudeJan 15, 20264.0I got super support and help from Mario in maintenance, who diagnosed the problem w my door lock, and took my fob to have it reset. He was 5 stars. But I had brought the fob to the front office after I renewed and they supposedly reset the fob.
