  I want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Tania; from the first time I arrived at Percy, I fell in love with the place, but even more so with the attention, dedication, kindness, and sweetness she has shown me and my family. She is always attentive and mindful of my needs, concerns, and problems. I am also grateful to a very sweet and thoughtful young woman. In all my years, I have never felt as comfortable and loved as I do with Tanya and Mae. Also I will like to write about maintaining, the personal are very responsible and will always respond to our requests as soon as possible with a positive and professional attitude. I will always recommend them, they make everything so smooth, professional and with love and kindness. E.M

  I’m preparing to move from the East Coast to Nashville when I stumbled across this property near my relatives home while visiting. The property is beautiful. Modern architecture and the ambience is amazing! I love the outdoor patio With access to grill and a swimming pool Not to mention that it has access to a gym. This would be perfect for myself and husband Since we are newly empty Nesters. I amlooking forward to Schedule aviewing one of the unit’s soon

  I love the PERCY! I’m on my second year living here! The office staff and management are great and attentive. If there’s something that you need, they are right there for you! Jerrimiah, Mae and Tanya are friendly and kind. MITCH and Eddie In Maintenance doing an awesome job and are always great to talk to and professional. The events are always creative and with food and drink and music. It’s always a blast. Love the pool and the gym. Super happy at the PERCY!

  The Percy in Nashville has truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I moved in, the community has been beautiful, well-managed, and welcoming — but what really sets The Percy apart is the maintenance team. They are consistently prompt, professional, and incredibly skilled. Any request I submit is handled quickly, often within the same day, and the quality of their work is always top-tier. They communicate clearly, show great attention to detail, and make sure everything is resolved the right way the first time. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely friendly, but The Percy has absolutely nailed it. Their dedication makes living here feel effortless and well taken care of. Shout out to Jerrimiah and team!

  Lived here since 2024. Been through three managers this year alone. Property is constantly littered with trash (even a Trojan wrapper been outside one of the buildings for a few weeks now), dog waste EVERYWHERE and even recently someone urinated in an elevator…which still hasn’t been sanitized/cleaned up, three days later. The apartment itself is nice but managements priority’s are not where they need to be, more concerned about complex get togethers than cleanliness of property. Can’t wait to move out when lease is up, this is a honest review and not one of the many recent ones that management has asked people to post with a five star rating. It’s a shame, the little things could make this place great. The above issues property management is well aware of, this isn’t something new that’s just came about :/
