Everything that is brought to her is met with a lot of attitude and exasperated sighs even though she is playing with people’s times and money. The other core staff are also as rude and unhelpful to people who are paying to live in these units and they lack hospitality. The apartment itself is far from luxury and the rooms are not worth the price at all in the slightest. Maintenance is also a huge issue. Issues that I have put in through the system a few months ago have not yet been resolved, but there was no problem with getting people to come do inspections on the apartment. The apartments are not the worst, but the condescending, incompetent staff are bringing the ratings down.

Helped me and my boyfriend find a gorgeous apartment and got our application in! If you’re thinking about moving, come to The Percy! The property management team is awesome and the property is beautiful! Can’t wait to move in!

I met with Maeli Keo,Jerrimiah Turner, and Tanya 😃 Maeli gave me a tour of a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom 2 bath floor plan, also gave me a tour of the entire property and all of the amenities that are included. It is a beautiful property. I have been to multiple apartments on the search for a new home. I fell in love with this property and decided to apply. Everyone mentioned in my review assisted me in getting my application submitted. I am happy to say that I am now signing a lease here . Very excited to start my new home here. I also will be moving in a few days earlier thanks To the maintenance tech Eddie Moore who was on top of his job and had my new residence already ready to go for me to move in today. If you are looking for a new clean updated luxurious apartment in Nashville look no further than here. I have truly had a wonderful experience.

I moved to Nashville with 1000 tasks and they made the most important task so easy and seamless. They truly do care about their residents! It shows in their work, delivery, and attitude. As complicated as my situation was.. they made it so easy! From a Memphian to a New Nashville Resident all because of Ms. Tanya and MaeLi! I’m so grateful and will continue to give them their flowers as much as possible! So thankful for the both of them! They make a great team!
