  The new staff in the front office have been very friendly and approachable. It genuinely seems like they’re working toward making positive changes. They’ve started addressing issues with amenities and overall upkeep, which is encouraging to see. The main challenges I’ve experienced so far have been with trash pickup, maintenance response times, and occasional pool access issues. That said, it appears these items are being actively addressed, and Tanya has been responsive and helpful. If these improvements continue, I’d be happy to update this to a 5-star review.

  I'm glad we have chosen to be residents of The Percy. The resident manager Tanya went over and beyond to make sure our transition into our new home was very smooth. She handled our move with so much love and care ensuring that all our needs were met and she did it with a pleasant smile. I never been more happier to move in a residence because im of her warm hospitality and pleasant attitude making us feel like a priority! Thank you Tania for all you have done we definitely will tell others about this wonderful place!

  This community and its staff have truly exceeded my expectations! Tanya has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My friend and I came in to tour and inquire about available units, and from the moment we arrived, Tanya was extremely welcoming. She took the time to listen to my specific concerns and answered every question honestly and realistically, which I truly appreciated. We hoped and prayed for approval and were able to complete everything quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff member to guide me through the process. Thank you again, Tanya, for making this such a positive experience! 🙏🏿❤️

  I am displeased with the management here. Especially Tanya. Everything that is brought to her is met with a lot of attitude and exasperated sighs even though she is playing with people’s times and money. The other core staff are also as rude and unhelpful to people who are paying to live in these units and they lack hospitality. The apartment itself is far from luxury and the rooms are not worth the price at all in the slightest. Maintenance is also a huge issue. Issues that I have put in through the system a few months ago have not yet been resolved, but there was no problem with getting people to come do inspections on the apartment. The apartments are not the worst, but the condescending, incompetent staff are bringing the ratings down.
