    The team has been welcoming and responsive since I moved in. Maintenance requests (dryer and garbage disposal) were handled quickly and professionally. The frequent resident events are a nice touch and make it easier to connect with neighbors. Nellie has been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions and always points me in the right direction. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience.

    Let me start by thanking Kevin, the property manager, for such a smooth and informative apartment tour. This was my first apartment I have ever toured and I was very nervous. Kevin was not only extremely knowledgable but such a warm and pleasant person to talk to. His personality made the entire experience feel peaceful and we even had some good laughs! The community is very clean and quiet and I definitely can see myself making this place my new home. 10/10 would recommend coming to check this apartment out!

    AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! This is not a 4.5 star place...Staff seemed nicer before signing the lease, but they are very rude, inconsiderate, and dismissive, especially when you need help. The clubhouse is never clean. Gate is always broken. Its a non-smoking community but I always smell marijuana. I cannot wait until my lease is up SMH.

    Recently moved into the lodge, and it's been great so far. The move-in and application process was super simple, thanks to the help we had from staff members, especially Nellie. Also, since moving in, every time I have gone to the office the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. I have loved the experience thus far!

    We’ve been living at the Lodge Bellevue for about a year now and recently re-signed our lease for another year. Kevin and the entire team have been consistently helpful, professional, and kind. I really appreciate the personal phone calls whenever something needs attention. It makes a big difference and shows they truly care about their residents. Thank you to both the office team and the maintenance department for helping make this such an enjoyable place to live. I’ve lived in Nashville for about five years, and this is the only place I’ve chosen to re-sign my lease, which says a lot.
