  This is the one of the few complexes that I have lived in where the staff is not only friendly, the community is engaged, and you can actually see investments and improvements in the complex on a regular and consistent basis. Lodge Bellevue is by on means inexpensive but I would not say it is out of the realms of affordability and you can actually see where part of that money goes. If you are able to, I highly recommend that you consider making the Lodge Bellevue your place of residence.

  Best apartment complex in Bellevue folks!! Come visit! Where to start...First of all the buildings are MUCH newer than the surrounding complexes, built in 2016 I believe. And trust me, that is a BIG deal. I've only needed Maintenance 1 or 2 times in the 11 months I've been here, and they were prompt and fixed the issue. The property itself and the buildings are super attractive and they take excellent care of it. They've resurfaced the parking lots, poured new concrete on certain parts of the sidewalks, and are constantly power washing the breezeways, stairways and the buildings themselves. The swimming pool and outdoor grill area, and the gym and clubhouse are top notch! Love the pool table in the clubhouse! These folks take pride in the attractiveness of the property and go above and beyond to keep it that way. This the 4th complex in Nashville that I've lived at in the last 8 years, and I've never seen a more attractive property that is this well taken care of. Secondly, the dog park is top notch and has AstroTurf. It is just beautiful, and SO many people with dogs live here. My beagle loves this place! Third, they are very involved with planning all types of fun activities for residents and email us a monthly calendar of events every month! Fourth, the inside of the apartments are just as beautiful as the outside of them! I live in a 1 bedroom and absolutely love my open floor plan! Huge garden tub and shower combo in my bathroom, with tile work that looks brand new! Huge walk in closet too! And don't even get me started on the kitchen! Tons of counter and cabinet space and lights installed up underneath the upper cabinet make it very well lit! Sometimes I forget I'm living in a 1 bedroom because it's so open! The office staff are also very sweet and accommodating! Ask for Nellie, Kaitlyn or manager Kevin when you visit!

  I would never live in an apartment complex that didn't care enough about its residences that they have the buildings clearly marked with the apartment numbers as in which apartment is on which floor and at which end of the building. If you have an emergency living in any of these buildings the emergency people will just have to guess which floor you are in and which end of these huge buildings. Almost every other apartment complex has a sign saying these are the apartment numbers you can find on this floor and so forth. This apartment building has been here over 10 years it looks like they could figure out how to mark which apartments are where

  Excellent place to live! My wife and I moved in last year and love it. Kaitlyn and Kevin have been very easy to work with, always courteous, and willing to go above and beyond if needed. I would give the maintenance department kudos, but we've been problem free since our move in and haven't needed them! We've both lived in other apartment complexes and this one is by far our favorite so far. BTW, the gate has been repaired three times since our move in and it's certainly not the staff's fault. Careless drivers have hit the gate numerous times and the owner has been adding speed bumps to attempt to slow down cars at the gate. This is honestly the only issue we've encountered (if that's even an issue). Each time the gate has been repaired in a timely manner. If you are the least bit interested, I'd certainly encourage you to come visit and find out for yourself. In my opinion it's a hidden gem. Close to Nashville, well maintained, awesome amenities and a friendly staff that's now starting to feel like family.

  Avoid Avoid Avoid, When our daughter first moved in things where ok, apartment was not cleaned at stated but we took care of that so no great big deal. After new owners took over it was a disaster, office is Rude and often loses paperwork. Gate most often does not work, Cars are often broken into and no follow up even though it was caught on multiple ring cameras. My daughter moved out in June and still has not received deposit back. always the ole checks in the mail or we dont have anyone who can do that today. Staff is beyond ridiculous!! Avoid this place!
