- SHSterling Hoover6 days ago1.0This place is hell on earth. Left and wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Black mold that I told management about never fixed and got me terribly sick. When I left I tried to take everything but door locked/changed and couldn’t take stuff out that I had to get. They tried to say that they sent information to my new address but received nothing. I’ve had flooding at the residence 9X and was just told “that’s what insurance is for”. They bribe people to say positive reviews to get money off of rent. They honestly don’t care about the residents there and if they did why would people have to go public before anything happens. I will post daily and everyday what happened to me while I live there because they deserve the worst of everything that happens to them. One flood incident happened when they contracted someone without insurance to do power washing to the buildings and they used a broken nozzle for hook up, and it flooded my entire unit. Recorded the incident where maintenance even said it was their fault and the complex did nothing! This place is beyond terrible and do NOT live here. There are better places.

In times when we couldn’t find a property on short notice, they helped us a lot and explained what documentation we needed and how to get it all done since we are South Africans and everything was new to us. We feel very welcome in the complex, and we take notice of continuous upgrades happening to make it a even more nicer complex to live at. When maintenance was needed, someone was always quick to arrive and help us out. We feel very safe where we live, and the management team here are truly people one can rely on. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an affordable and decent sized apartment to move here.
