  My experience has been fairly positive. I appreciate how well they maintain the landscaping and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The dumpsters stay clean most of the time which seems to be hard to come by lately. The staff is nothing but nice and offering the pet pool day at the end of summer is awesome. When I've put in maintenance requests, they're quick to arrive, though they don't really share what they did. That's a common issue I've seen in apartments but I just wish they would say what they fixed or replaced when they do work. My biggest issues are regarding the unit itself. I had ongoing pest issues during my time here. During the summer and fall, I struggled with ants and roaches. I did have them come spray at one point but I don't feel like it helped much. I never saw pest control again. My last apartment would have pest control out about once a year to enter apartments and spray, while treating the outside monthly or weekly. While I haven't been here a whole year I don't feel like there is much done in pest control. I've had a very active mouse in my kitchen at times. I'll admit that's not something I've reported as I don't want poison and traps out where my dog can get to it but that also comes down to the maintenance of the building itself. There are definitely places that a mouse can come in around dryer vents and electrical. My HVAC has struggled with even the slightest temperature change. If it was above 75 outside I was hot inside and if it drops below 50 it stays cold. I have to kick the heat up to the upper 70s to feel a difference. I've definitely seen that struggle reflected in my electric bill. The walls are thin and the seals around the windows and doors are pretty drafty so the insulation is limited. There's also just an air of griminess in the unit. The paint on the walls are flaky and rough, like they've barely attempted to patch holes and never prime before painting. And I know this is a common apartment issue but if we have to paint the bathtub can they at least try to seal it or something. It chipping something fierce and I've constantly got paint chips floating around. Like I said, I've enjoyed my time here but it's been far from perfect and the problems are big enough that it's outweighed the good a few times. If you're someone petrified of bugs and critters this isn't the place for you but if you're okay maintaining a strong level of your own pest control you'll be okay. Also the outside critters are pretty cute; lots of deer, ducks, and birds. The skunks are cute at a distance...

  I absolutely love it here, the maintenance team responds amazingly fast and resolves problems efficiently. The office staff is very nice and welcoming would recommend 10/10

  Don’t live here. Apartment was dirty from the day we moved in. Management is awful. Maintenance takes forever to fix everything or never does and then they charge you a bunch of money for things they never fixed when you move out.
