- CNChristopher NunezApr 10, 20245.0We purchased a townhome in November 2023 and first met our sales representatives Samantha and her knowledge and customer service was remarkable. She kept us informed with every step of the townhome and was a great asset. Next we met our loan officer Keagan and he was very personable, professional and was always in touch with us explaining the loan process and all the options that were best for us, just a great guy. Ben our project manager was great by keeping us informed on the status of our townhome with videos every Friday, what a great experience to see our home built from the ground up. We love the area and feel of community that Ryan Homes has created and are now in the process of purchasing a single family home. The decision to purchase a single family home through Ryan Homes was simple because they made the first experience so seamless and pleasant. This second purchase is off to a great start because our sales person Matt has been extremely helpful and has gone far and beyond our expectations. We have just been informed that Keagan has been assigned to be our loan officer again and are thrilled about this. I will update this post when this home process is complete..
