If I could give them no stars I would. This is by far the WORST company I’ve dealt with! The house I stayed is was a brand new home in Madison, TN. Soon as my kids and I moved in we start having problems. The smoke detectors were going off continuously. We dealt with it for a long time to the point my ear had fluid leaking. I had to take them down myself. Then finally they send someone to change them out. As we were going through that the hot water wouldn’t work. I had to boil water so my kids and I could shower. Maintenance came several times for that. Finally, he went and got a new part that it needed. Not long after that the outlets start going out. I had to make maintenance orders so many times for that. Then the stove had a big spark one time I had to unplug it because I didn’t know what was going on. Months after that, we got home one evening and the stove was hot. As if I just got don’t cooking. I unplugged it then I waited a week for them to come out and see what was going on. Then another week to actually get it fixed due to they had to order a part. So, I had to buy breakfast lunch and dinner for 3. Knowing food is extremely expensive to order take out for 2 wks for 3 is to much money. I called to see if my fee could be waived. Of course they told me no because it is an issue they are trying to take care of. Not one time I’ve called on these people for ongoing issues, but yet they act as if they can not help you out. This is my last month renting from them and they sent my bill to an collection agency. This was the most uncomfortable I’ve EVER LIVED. Don’t walk run away from this company. You all should do way better by your tenants. BEFORE YOU RENT 253 liberty lane out again PLEASE GET THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE RESOLVED!

Our unit wasn't Move-in Ready, the AC Not Working, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the sink disposal wasn't working, but they scheduled maintenance with the service vendors promptly and All the problems were resolved in about a Month ! We almost Never see any roaches any more... Every so often one will go scurrying about but Not for Long !

They personally guaranteed me I would not be charged for existing issues that they never fixed or for the drywall spackling which was only in one room mostly, and the dry wall is horrible to begin with, and not only did they ignore my maintenance request but they also charged me 800 dollars for dry wall with no holes in it/holes from previous tenant use and landlord neglect. The water stinks strongly of sewage at some of their properties. Not worth the money or the fuss trying to get things repaired. Absolutely horrible people, excessive with emails, unreachable by voicemail, just the worst slumlords in East Nashville.
