  I had a great experience renting my home through Renew Real Estate Services. The house was brand new when I moved in, and everything was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. The team was professional, responsive, and handled any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner. The entire process from move-in to move-out was smooth. I would definitely recommend Renew Real Estate Services to anyone looking to rent a quality home.

  I absolutely love this management company. I've been a life long renter and they are by far the best. They don't nickle and dime you or charge exorbitant fees. I haven't had but a couple of maintenance requests, all minor, but they have always responded quickly and gotten them fixed right away. But what really stands out to me, is that they don't treat you like they are doing YOU a favor by renting to you. Yes, they have standards (as they absolutely should) but as long as you meet those standards they treat you like the customer. They are grateful and, for that, I'm grateful.

  I’ve been renting with Renew for a total of almost 4 years now. When I first rented with them in 2021, they were good, but now they’re fantastic and have exceeded all expectations. Maintenance is always fast and the companies they contract are always friendly and knowledgeable people. The staff is very responsive to any questions or inquiries as well as reliable and super helpful. I wouldn’t pay attention to the negative reviews, miscommunications happen within any company, I’ve yet to experience it with Renew but I’m sure it has happened. If anything is wrong or if you need anything at all the staff will help as much as they can. So long as I’m renting, I trust this company completely and will continue to rent with them. I don’t regret it, and neither should you! I’m 100% satisfied.

  Overall, I enjoyed my experience renting with Renew. They asked me to be honest about my experience in this review and that is what I will be. Considering some of the other companies that exist out there, I'd definitely recommend them to a friend. Disclaimer: I do work within the property management field, so my expertise and experience may provide additional insight beyond the average consumer. Hopefully this helps prospective renters and Renew in the end. The rental process was easy enough and I thought they were very helpful in getting everything situated for move in. My only recommendation to them about that would be to allow units to be held for longer than they do simply because so many other places require a 60 day notice to vacate. Moving in was simple . I provided the documents that they needed and picked up my keys. Upon meeting the people in the office, they were kind enough. Truthfully, they make the process as easy as it can be. Thus, no notes. Living in my home was great! When I had issues, they took care of them. They did not take care of them as quickly as you would see in an apartment building, but the issues were addressed. Important thing to be aware of here: Renew can only do so much since they manage homes on behalf of owners. These owners have to approve the expenditures (per their PMA with Renew) and that will slow the process down (which I do think Renew should tighten up what they can do without approval from their clients since they contract the work out to 3rd party vendors to not make the process take an unnecessary amount of time). There were a couple repairs that took longer than I was willing to wait and so I googled how to fix them and did that. I do not recommend you do the same without acknowledging that if you break it, you buy it. Moving out was my only stressor because I bought a house and needed to end my lease early. Some of this stress was simply from the stress of buying a home, and some of it was from what I feel is overly vague language in the lease agreement. Renew was able to work with me in the end and for that I do appreciate them! Some things I would recommend be changed to improve the tenant experience: the lease agreement needs to be more explicitly clear about the move out process and especially clear for early terminations. Renew does not offer preleasing of a home - which because they are all different I understand - but also puts them in a position where they end up being stricter on tenants who need to vacate prior to their lease than necessary. I think they lose sight the residents in these higher end houses are people who will likely end up buying a home. Having a way to prepare for that and ease the burden would be more customer service focused, while still maintaining financial responsibility towards the client. My recommendation to those who are prospects: if you are considering buying a home after your initial lease period is up, take the month to month option. It will be better in the instance that you find a home during that renewal period while not putting Renew in a tough spot to have to navigate your needs. TLDR: Good overall experience. Easy to lease and move in. Repairs were average and acceptable. Moving out: if you don't do it right at the end of the lease, go month to month.
