- ACAllen ChristopherDec 28, 20235.0As Four Seasons go...A beautiful hotel/residence establishment. The staff were always nice, polite, attentive, and helpful. Rooms are kept spotless. As is the rest of the property. Which is located by the Cumberland River. And a Riverfront Park on one side. And downtown Nashville on the other. Conveniently located between Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena. Within walking distance of both. Nice, big bar/dining area downstairs offering a comfortable and spacious experience for guests.
- EBElvir BazdarevicMay 30, 20231.0This place gives FS a bad name. The noise from the outside bars is unbearable. Feels like the base is an annoying throbbing sound. I can’t believe they did not sound proof this building. Impossible to sleep! The fix was to put a sound machine in my room and give us head phone. Sounds like a 1 star hotel to me. Such a shame!

We have always had the best experiences at other FS and really liked the location for our Luke Combs concert at Nissan. We are aware it is the music city and expect late nights. However the noise level from a nearby rooftop was outrageously loud. Mind you this was not a rooftop at FS it was a local bar around the corner from FS. The bass vibrated throughout our room to where we would have thought it was above us. At 2 am we finally called the front desk. They said they were aware and that their hands are tied. They offered a noise maker (which we had) and headphones. They mentioned since we were a river facing room (which we paid more for, for a “view”) that the sound carried more. Overall it was a nice FS property. But at that price point we wish they would have disclosed a known issue of a rooftop bar creating excessive noise until 3am. Maybe if you do not get a river exposed room you’ll have better luck.
