Upon getting a bad appraisal, I spoke with my Realtor who said "Not Surprised" when I mentioned Ann's name and went on to say. "That is the only person I ever have trouble with". Save yourself time, money and trouble and get someone else to do your appraisal. Trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
