If you're looking for a place that maintenance lets themselves in without knocking, or emailing ahead of time to let you know they are coming to change the a/c filter, this is the place for you. If you don't expect maintenance issues that you report to ever get addressed or resolved, this is the place for you. If you love listening to other residents dogs bark all day and night, and love finding dog poop in the elevators, this is the place for you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It looks nice at first, but really isn't worth the price.
- ASA SSep 22, 20252.0This apartment was good for what it was when we moved in. New management does not take care of the complex the way the last ones did. While they are friendly, there are things that need more attention. There is usually trash piled up on trash days where you need to come in and out of the parking garage and while it gets cleaned up eventually, most times I’ve had to drive over the exploded trash bags because there was no way around it to get into the garage. The hallways here also frequently smell like weed, and while i know it’s hard to catch everyone, it would be worth being addressed since it’s supposed to be a smoke free community. Hallways are also frequently dirty, which is honestly just frustrating because I don’t know why our rent skyrocketed $600 increase. There literally has been 0 improvements from a resident POV with maintenance, or cleanliness. I know going through turnovers it takes time to adjust but I hope for future residents these issues get addressed for how expensive this complex has become.
