Vicki was rude and nasty towards my husband, they took a look at him and our vehicles and judge our character. We are not criminals or drug dealers. I got sick with kidney failure and we had to let our business go because he had to take care of me, I almost died. It's been since October we kept going by the office for us to keep getting the run around, judged, and lied to. People in the office shouldn't judge. They don't know people situation

There is no tenant parking unless your willing to pay $100.00 a MONTH no guest parking. Elevators never WORK! Oh and lets talk about how NASTY they be. The halls have trash in them and always STANK. Management doesn't care about anything. The Elevator is currently down as we speak and has been down since last WEEK! Overall I would give 0 stars if I could. Yes the location is decent however, everything else is not worth living here. The building is supposed to be secured however one of the doors is broken and has been broken over a year. Last week there was a homeless man just wondering the halls no one did anything! These are upgraded projects.
- NRNurissa RashidNov 30, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend anybody living here. The garages are always trashed with litter and the trash cans out there are always overflowing. The trash chutes/rooms are always full. i’m surprised we don’t have rats & roaches yet. Elevators are never clean & barely work. We have a new management team every month and every single one we get they always have an attitude when you ask for help or when you confront them about something. My mail has been stolen before, no consequences or help with that. The fire alarms go off often at night… I’m not sure why that isn’t controlled but it’s inconvenient because you’ll never know if it’s really a fire going on or not. When i first moved in (September, 2024)my dryer didn’t work and it took them a month to get somebody to come fix it. It’s really unfortunate because these are some nice apartments and when i first moved in it was as bad as it is now. I don’t even think we have a maintenance team at this point. And again management doesn’t communicate when it comes to questions and concerns without having an attitude. I have a maintenance request that’s been sitting for 2 weeks now… followed up with an email just to avoid going down there and i still haven’t got a response. Unless your use to this type of living, save your self the time and money !!!
