- ASAshley Sanders5 days ago1.0Moved in 8/24 and moved out 6/25 due to the rent increase. I was not about to pay $1780 for a 3 bedroom in this dump. Elevators half work and smell like urine, fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night, and the trash room always filthy and stinky. Also I still have not received my deposit back and I left my apartment spotless as if it was given to me. I’ve called plenty of times and keep getting the run around. The office mangers change frequently so that should tell you about this place…run away as fast as you can because it’s not worth the headache moving into this place. I’ll never rent from Dominion Property again!
- BBBradleyOct 23, 20251.0I wouldn’t renew my lease here if Jesus told me to! To start, the fire alarms will go off in the entire building at any given time but mostly at night. The elevators are constantly broken down which is a huge inconvenience especially for the elderly. It’s dirty as hell because the tenants obviously never had anything nice. It cost $100 just to have access to the parking garage and outside of that there’s no public parking. The rent was increased by $125 within 9 months of the building even being open. Everything is raggedy. Cabinets fall apart, water pressure is terrible and your HVAC unit will just stop working at any moment. Keep in mind that this building has only been open for 1 year. Management is cool only because we get a new leasing team every 7-10 business days. Unless you are desperate for a place to stay I wouldn’t even consider this hell hole.

The gym is small and closes early they take their time doing maintenance requests etc I can go on & on. Save your time and money I can’t wait to moveeee outtt !!!!!!

Mrs. D, Mrs. Daniel, and staff has went over and beyond to accommodate my needs and wants which led me to the apartment I currently reside in. I love the amenities. The rooftop is amazing. The views are amazing. Everything and everyone is amazing and such a blessing!
