    I haven't lived here long, but Denise and the maintenance/management team have been so wonderful to me so far. It has been one of the most pleasant rental experiences I've had to date! Denise literally showed me several units until we found the exact right one and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally (literally put a request in Sunday night and it's now Tuesday and the problem is fixed,) property is well maintained and clean, and I feel very listened to here.

    I've lived here for almost 6 months and here is my honest review - management is very quick to response and accommodating - maintenance is srsly awesome. they show up 15 minutes after I submitted a request and got it resolved within 3-4 calendar days. - things are a little old here but they're all still functional so I don't have a problem. no mold no leaks whatsoever.. - a lot of tenant activities every other week from management. i'm a bit too busy to participate but i appreciate their efforts to build a community - gym is not super modern but again functional. i use it regularly - i don't like the LuxerOne system for deliveries, but given the safety concerns, I know why they have to use it. - roaches issue: I have some roaches issue around oct/nov but they're gone by now. I'm nervous to think they'll be back in the spring/summer. (Can't do pest control because I have a cat) overall, i think the pros outweigh the cons, and I'm happy that I decided to lease here. :)

    I have been living without AC for the entire year of 2019 so far. I put in six work orders for them to finally tell me that I need an entire new AC unit. They will not give me an ETA on when they plan to order me a new one. Meanwhile it’s 85 degrees outside, and only getting warmer as we approach the summer. They offer no compensation, and they treat you like garbage here. There excuses for not installing the new unit are the ground is wet, new ownership, lack of budget, overwhelming amount of work orders, etc. I have never dealt with a living situation quite this miserable. The front desk told me that there are also residents living without showers and kitchen sinks for months because they don’t have enough staff to fill the work orders. I highly encourage anyone considering this apartment complex to move their family and loved ones elsewhere.

    I have lived here about 5 years. The maintenance staff is the best. My neighbors have always been wonderful. Former managers have been wonderful. Present and past office staff have been polite and helpful. However, I have to agree with others with how rude the current manager Tanya can be. I had an issue with stopping the pet fee when my dog died. When I continued to be charged and tried to get it resolved, she was terribly rude to me. I withheld the fee from my payment since the dog was dead. She continued to badger me for the fee. I finally had to pay the fee from those months before the fee was taken off my lease payment. I gave her a poor rating when asked to rate the staff, and she called me and left a hysterical message demanding I come to her office to discuss the poor rating. I have never heard a professional have a melt down like that. She is unqualified to hold that job.
