  I would highly advise not living at 445! Take this as your warning! First, you will HAVE to plan your entire schedule around the Geodis Stadium schedule. If you try to leave or come home during a game/event it’s almost impossible to get in the parking garage or get through traffic. Not only will you face 30 minutes minimum of traffic to get home but most of the time the people working the traffic/parking give you a hard time going through even if you say you live there. This alone should make you turn the other way. It’s highly inconvenient. Secondly, most apartments give you a heads up when your 60 day notice is coming up for lease expiration but 445 DOES NOT. Beware if you don’t give this apartment their 60 day notice you will be charged an additional full months rent PLUS they will tack on an additional $400 for “legal/attorney fees”. Not to mention, in the lease it states the apartment is required to give you a 60 day notice of the month by month cost if you don’t give them their 60 day notice and they didn’t give this notice so they broke their end of the lease yet they still charged all the legal fees and additional months rent as a “late fee”. So make sure you have an extra $2,000 saved up at the end of your leasing term because they’ll try to charge you any which way. The apartment staff is argumentative, rude, and incompetent. When trying to discuss the “late fee” issues, we were told by the leasing manager that “they were too busy to talk about this”. Lastly, the apartment walls are really thin. I know this can be common with most apartments complexes but you will hear your neighbors nonstop as a heads up. Overall, it’s been a negative experience living here so please take this as a warning prior to signing.

  I recently moved into 445 Park Commons, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyle. From the very beginning, he turned what was a deeply personal and challenging time in my life into an experience filled with reassurance and genuine happiness. Kyle took his time with me, never rushing the process, and met every question or concern with patience, understanding, and an impressive wealth of knowledge. He made what could have been overwhelming feel manageable and even uplifting. His professionalism is unmatched, but it’s his compassion that truly sets him apart. And his smile — it’s absolutely infectious. Kyle has a natural ability to bring comfort and joy to those around him, and that kind of presence makes all the difference when you’re starting a new chapter. If you have the opportunity to work with Kyle, consider yourself lucky. He is a true asset to 445 Park Commons and a remarkable person overall.

  Poor management…they give very little information. Dog poop inside the building . Soccer traffic didn’t bother me , because I don’t go out much . Nothing special about this place . New management who seems to be very uninterested . He even left a 5 star rating to try to boost reviews . I cannot wait for my last day here .

  From the moment my application was looked at up until move in day the 445 team was punctual and extremely helpful no matter my needs. Quick responses and very friendly faces really make you feel at home. Apartment life here has been nothing short of fun and perfection! The monthly gatherings are so much fun and really help bring a community feeling. Such enjoyable neighbors to be around, soundproof walls, and great views from the sky deck!

  Do not get tricked by the YOUNG adults leaving a positive review after only being here a week and this being their 1st time on their own. Take it from someone who has lived here for a year and seasoned in life. DO NOT move here!!!!!!!! This complex is primarily occupied by low income tenants, yet market rate renters are expected to tolerate unacceptable conditions. Dog waste is everywhere, packages frequently go missing, and today I witnessed something completely inappropriate: management posted a neighbor’s private personal information directly on her door for anyone to see. That is a serious violation of privacy and extremely unprofessional. The only consistent positive was the occasional free coffee, but even the barista is now closed. Maintenance has been attentive, which is appreciated, but that alone does not justify the cost. If you are comfortable paying market rent while others benefit from subsidized units, dealing with missing packages, unsanitary common areas, and the risk of public humiliation, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, it is absolutely not worth the price.
