  Nice rooms with a nice view of the river. Swimming pool available.

  I’ve loved my apartment for 3 years. The reason they lose a star is due to poor communication from management. In the last year, fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night, one time for more than an hour at 3 am with water gushing out of an apartment, and there was zero follow up or information on what occurred. This is incredibly disrespectful since I was awake for 2 hours with on/off fire alarms on a work night. Wish this was the first time, but similarly it occurred a year prior, also no communication as to the reason. Being abruptly awoken in the middle of the night to a blaring alarm where you may need to evacuate and have no information as to why is scary. Also location is good, central but not in the middle of it all. BUT, tent city is nearby and there have been 2 car break-ins (windows smashed) in the last 3 years I have witnessed. No issues though with parking in the garage. Maintenance is great, they respond very quickly to requests. The issue I have is management’s communication, or lack thereof. Overall, I would live here again and one of the things I will miss from Nashville will be my apartment!

  Wil and the maintenance staff made the move in process so easy and I couldn’t be happier!!!! I love love love my new place!!! Everyone here has been iconic!!!!

  This property has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Moving to Nashville felt much easier because of it! The Assistant Property Manager, Wil, has been amazing from day one. Anytime I have had a question or needed help with maintenance, he has handled it quickly and followed through. He has helped track down missing packages and always takes the time to check in. He is also so kind to my pup, which means more than he probably knows. It is rare to have someone who genuinely cares about the residents and the property the way he does. We are all very thankful to have him here! Add photos
