  Where do I start! The maintenance of this place is horrible I’ve had multiple repeat work orders for the same reoccurring issue. I’ve had work orders sit for a month without an update. I’m never notified when Maintenance has entered my home. They will close out your work order claiming that it’s completed and you get to your apartment and it’s still broken. My AC has been out since last weekend. I put in a request on Sunday, It is now the following Thursday and nothing has been done. It is currently 83° in my apartment and apparently that’s not an emergency. It has to be above 85 for them to bring me a portable AC unit while I wait to have the work done. You can never get in touch with the leasing office and if someone does answer the phone it’s AI. I love my individual apartment, but I have to walk through trash and hallways filled with dog piss and poop to get here and be uncomfortable and hot. I am extremely unsatisfied with how resident concerns are handled, something needs to be done immediately. Sunday 4/25/26 Update: it’s officially been a full week with no A/C they REFUSE to make this an emergency or give me a portable AC. AI just keep saying it’s not an emergency until it above 85 outside. I’ll be reaching out to corporate. This is inhumane!

  NIGHTMARE do NOT MOVE HERE. THEY STOLE MY RENT MONEY AND KICKED ME OUT AND THREW MY STUFF AWAY AFTER YHEY STOLE MY RENT MONEY. THEY KICKED ME OUT IN OCT. MY LEASE WAS UP IN NOVEMBER NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME 8,000 DOLLARS FOR EVICTION. HOW ON GOD GREEN EARTH DO I OWE 8 BANDS WHEN I GOT KICKED PUT A MONTH BEFORE MY LEASE IS UP. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILIMG FOR MINTHS AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM NOT THE ONLY TENNAT THEY STOLE MONEY FROM AND THEN KIFKED OUT! I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. THEY COULD NOT KEEP A STAFF LONGER THAN A MONTH CONSTANTLY ROTATING! DISGUSTING AHH TRIFLING BUILDING. NASTY DIRTY LIQUOR BOTTLES EVERYWHRTE WEED ALL ON THE FLOOR TRASH SHUTE NEBER CLEANED AND THEY LIKE TO STEAL MONEY !!!!!!! I HOPE YALL SEE THIS AND FINALLY ANSWER MY CALLS YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUSELVES FOR HOW YOU PLAY EITH PPLS HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

  Doesn’t answer their phone if you have any problems with the application, you have to restart it because like I said, they don’t answer their phones. On the website, it says you can schedule a tour and email and contact an agent. Still haven’t heard anything from anyone to have the audacity to say they have these good deals on apartments and all these nice amenities and click here to apply and then make the application process hell and nowhere to be seen for help You should be ashamed of yourselves

  I applied for this apartment in October Keshia gave my husband and I the run around. Vicki was rude and nasty towards my husband, they took a look at him and our vehicles and judge our character. We are not criminals or drug dealers. I got sick with kidney failure and we had to let our business go because he had to take care of me, I almost died. It's been since October we kept going by the office for us to keep getting the run around, judged, and lied to. People in the office shouldn't judge. They don't know people situation

  I take back everything good I said about this place. Terrible , filthy , fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. Will not be renewing my lease and I can’t wait to get out of here.
