  DO NOT MOVE HERE! I never even moved into this complex and got $212 basically stolen. I went to tour the apartment April 9. They showed me the exact unit I wanted, so immediately after the tour I applied for that specific unit which had a special and on the top floor which was a non negotiable for me. I paid the fees. 24 hours later I was texted saying that unit had been on hold. Then I was told they couldn’t refund me the full amount since it had been more than 48 hours but I wasn’t given a response until days later…. I explained I was still shown that unit and no one communicated that it was on hold and not available. It was even still listed on the 445 park commons website and apartments.com the day of my tour. Now, April 28 I have not even received the administrative fee back. I have physically gone to the office and called elmington properties but I have not received any call back. $212 is a lot of money especially someone that lives paycheck to paycheck. This issue is still not resolved and I basically was misled and falsely advertised.

  I had a really good experience with Jalen at 445 Park Commons. She helped fix my application during the leasing process and made everything a lot easier for me. She always responded to my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. I appreciate how helpful and patient she was. She made the whole process less stressful and I am really glad I got to work with her.

  I have been a resident here for over a year, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. There is a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property, and pet waste is frequently left in the elevators and stairwells. Additionally, the staff has been consistently unhelpful, and interactions have come across as unprofessional and lacking in responsiveness especially Kyle who is the manger. The fire alarms go off constantly as much as 4 times in one day so you never know if it’s a real fire or not especially since management doesn’t notify us. Overall, the management does not meet reasonable expectations for residents.the only positive review is maintenance is kind and always quick and helpful when I have any issues with my unit.

  I toured the A1 unit at 445 Park Commons with Jalen, and the experience was outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the tour feel personalized rather than routine. Jalen clearly highlighted the unit’s strengths and answered every question with confidence and transparency. She represents the community at a high level and left a strong, lasting impression.
