  We have lived here since May 2020 and have no plans on leaving anytime soon! The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond for us and anything we need! We love the Banks

  If I could rate lower I would. They are over priced for no reason. Majority of lights barely work. There were holes and cracks that were filled in awfully from the tenant before me and im getting charged for some. The carpet was just as good as when i moved in and am being charged $800+ for new carpet and filling in a small crack in the shower. It comes about the rent of a single bedroom apartment at this place around 1600. The amenities arent even worth it. The dog part is 60% gravel, the pool was rarely ever cleaned and open on time, parking is awful unless you pay an extra 100-200 for a garage. Would not recommend.

  Have never been treated so fairly and respected while looking for a home. This is my first time living in Tennessee and this team has literally welcomed me so warmly and honorably into their community and overall Tennessee! You won’t meet another team who deeply cares for your concerns and actually takes immediate action on resolving your issues. You can definitely tell they put their clients first! Everyone on the team, including the maintenance team are so incredible. On top of that, they deliver phenomenal customer service! More companies need to learn their leadership and initiative skills from this team and they will also receive success! You will be taken care of from the beginning process of searching for a home until forever basically because they become your next family. I’m so truly grateful to be part of this community. It feels like home especially moving from a different state. The layouts are beautiful, unique and feels like a house! Love everything about this community. This complex deserves 5 stars! Thank you so much for everything!

  This complex is top notch. Torri and the team really gave us the royal treatment. The application process was easy and efficient. And the entire crew really made the place feel extraordinary. The ground are very clean and maintained. They are very dog friendly and give you the ootion to use their pet spa and dog park to be the animal parent many of us are. If you are looking for a great place to live in Murfreesboro or the surrounding area, I highly recommend coming and seeing this complex. Ask for Torri, she really went above and beyond to make this new place for me a home worth staying at.

  Ms.Torri has been amazing! She has been there for every step of the way of our move in. The staff makes you feel like family. So glad we chose the banks to call our home. From beautiful apartments to gorgeous grounds this is a place you can call home!!!
