  We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!

  Zack is the red carpet for you and your buyers, I was so thankful to find him here. I have friends in this neighborhood and was so excited that my clients asked about South Haven. I was impressed with the quality of service Zack gave, the patience and knowledge he showed in answering questions, and his attention to detail. There is no substitute for experience and it was so nice to have an agent on the other side impress me. For first time home buyers, it's exactly how you would want your clients to be treated and celebrated through the process. I'd give 10 stars for experience and value.

  Grading on my property is a nightmare. We’ve had tons of washout. They brought in a bunch of rock and garbage then covered it with a very thin layer of topsoil followed by grass seed, most of which washed away within a few weeks of moving in due to the improper grading and ground work by Ryan Homes. So much has washed away that the foundation is exposed nearly all the way around the house and Ryan won’t do anything to fix or rectify their problem. And it’s dropped so much around the back patio that you can see under the concrete patio
