- TSThomas SmilieJun 5, 20255.0The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. During my exploration phase, I spoke with a neighbor, who mentioned the abundance of children in the neighborhood, which sold me instantly. Our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent. Nichole has been a great resource as our sales agent, guiding us with the best options that will increase our home value long term and thinking differently about options that we wanted that she said may not be worth it. For example, we have a one-year-old who will be potty training in time, but I am 6'4" and wanted the taller toilets. She advised against that as it would make potty training harder on a higher surface. As a sales agent, she could have easily upsold me on that, but she helped me consider what was best for my family!

This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!
