This apartment complex is just minimally OK. Pros: It’s a quiet community. It is convenient to several close eateries and shopping centers. The elementary and middle school in the area are pretty good. Cons: It sits on a busy street and the noise level, depending on where your complex is, is very bad. They self bill for sewage and water and overprices it tremendously. Whatever you are quoted for rent, you can look to pay an additional $200 or more in sewer, water and other fees. The complex lacks adequate parking so good luck finding a parking spot close to your unit. The pool is rarely open, and when it is, it’s normally nasty or filled with duck feces. Definitely not worth the money.

My review is just based off of my initial visit and process to becoming a renter at Bell Murfreesboro. Disclaimer: I haven't lived there yet. I am moving from a house, and honestly the problems listed in reviews below are much of what I have experienced as a homeowner, so I didn't get scared away. I met with Ashli when I went to visit the apartments. Customer Service is a huge passion of mine, so much that after going through the application process with a previous apartment complex with terrible customer service I walked away. Bell Murfreesboro proved themselves to be the opposite. Ashli was extremely friendly. She told me she would love to see if they had what I was looking for. She clearly explained all of the fees and policies - and the fee for trash and pest control...if you're a homeowner, you know that this is costly; we're currently paying twice the amount for trash, and four times the amount for pest control. So, these small fees really aren't that bad. The price was right at what we were willing to pay, and it was a huge bonus to us that the facilities looked nice. We also got to rent a garage right next to our apartment which also provides us with two parking spots right outside our door. I was BLOWN away at how personal the staff was with me, and the application process has been smooth and harmless. Ashli even sent me a personal email right after I left, AND she's the only one that I dealt with - I love that I wasn't just passed around to whichever staff was available. It helped the process go quicker because I didn't have to keep re-explaining myself. Really looking forward to making this home!
