  I have been living there for my hole life and recently moved out Ik the apartments are good as they use to be after it was remodeled a couple years ago but I still love it there and I will miss my friends and the people i made friends there and all the good times I had with them and if your guys are reading this comment I miss y’all so much chariot aka king crossing will have a special place in my heart thank you guys for giving us the best memories we had

  Chariot point is the best place we’ve lived so far. The people in the office ( Linda & Ginger) are wonderful people and help you in any way they can, they truly care about their tenants. They’re always greeting you with a smile, answers any questions you may have. They work very fast and efficient, even down to maintenance. I called about one thing and it took under 30 minutes to fix, and it was actually fixed. Overall great apartment, friendly, clean, and safe. Thank you thank you thank you Ginger and Linda & everyone else that works there !!!

  Very disappointed in this Manager Ginger never had a manager questioning me and my other neighbour's lately instead of handling her own in the office she seems to struggle holding her job but trying to do everyone else's, Linda at the front desk seems to constantly have to answer questions on how to do the managers job. We have Mr. Brian as our maintenance man and he has most defiently been the most timely , hard working and considerate along with educated worker we've had In years. Yet they choose to question us on his work performance knowing he's been doing his work. this is a great way to get bad employees to get the good ones fired, and he does not deserve that. We see him working doing late night emergencys and regular hours stretching himself for our community and couldn't be more grateful for HIM, he needs no guidance. This property boosted as soon as he stepped his foot into the door from my observation . If I could give him a rating it'd be a 5 stars. Mr.Brian Has been such a reliable and hardworking maintenance man for our community. He’s always quick to respond, professional, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. Whether it’s small repairs or bigger fixes, he takes pride in his work and treats residents with kindness and respect. We’re lucky to have someone so dependable keeping our community running smoothly! give this man the credit where its due. And KEEP HIM!

  I love living in the community the maintenance team and brian is very good at fixing things within a timely manner I remember when my air went out. He brung me an air unit inside of my unit until it was fixed completely. I really appreciate the maintenance guy so very much.
