  Don't live here. The people in management are rude and disrespectful. They fined a guy for leaving his dog outside on a leash just to clean his home. They fined me for leaving my dog on the porch to clean my house. If you don't treat your dog like a human you are a bad dog owner in their eyes. Also I started renting in August of last year. These people start asking you to renew from 1 percent or 5 percent charge higher than what you signed up for way before I was only living here 2 months before they started asking for me to renew. . No matter what there is an increase. Also they have a payment system that they only allow to 10 people per pay period(never did this but it's available) it's a dog eat dog sort of situation. If you want to be treated as an ADULT....DONT STAY HERE. THEY TREAT EVERYONE AS IF THEY ARE COLLEGE STUDENTS. Also these people live in the apartment complex so they are always watching you. Don't live here if you want your privacy and don't want high rent. 1 bedroom is 1,500. Angela is one of the management people and she and her co workers are disrespectful and act as if you work for them when you're just a resident. I will add the rest of the team when my lease is up. DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE ABOVE THE AGE OF 30. THEY WILL TRY TO TREAT YOU AS A CHILD.

  The property is well taken care of and the leasing ladies are very sweet and caring of your needs and concerns not to mention these Apartments are the best in Murfreesboro. The property is well maintained and the maintenance team is quick at responding to all issues that you may have, they also have a great 24hr gym that is kept clean as well as a Pantry for snacks or toiletries that you may need without having to leave the property,

  Albion Murfreesboro is one of the best apartments in Murfreesboro by far! The front office staff making me feel like family. Shout out to Kira, Anna, Savannah for being the best staff that anyone could ask for! They literally help me with everything and anything that I asked for help with during my time here at this place. They also have some really good social media pages promoting the apartments and I love them! Maintenance is top tier and are always very polite, respectful and quick when it comes to anything you need help with. It’s close to MTSU’s campus and it’s very convenient for students that go to school there and you want to do your own thing. This is my first apartment that I have rented ever and I couldn't ask for a better environment to live in! 10 out of 10 service all around!

  The most important thing I can say is how safe I feel at Albion. Several of the staff live on property and are just a call away whenever needed day or night. Located within walking distance to many local eateries you have the choice of whatever you crave. Not just for MTSU students but for families also. If you're looking for apartment living take a look at Albion, you will not be sorry.

  I've been living at The Albion since August of 2025, and it's been a wonderful experience. Being a graduate student at Middle Tennessee State University, I was adamant about living alone as graduate school can be tedious. The Albion has provided that with the complex being so close to the campus. Also, the staff at The Albion are very sweet and it's been great to know and build relationships with them. The Albion is also communication-heavy, via messaging, which helps me to be in the know about the complex regularly. Lastly, I do apperciate the specials the staff will offer as those can help with rent. For anyone looking for an apartment, especially an incoming MTSU student, I reccomend The Albion.
