  The Albion looks like a friendly and well managed apartment complex from the outside, however, it is quite the opposite. My two friends and I leased a 3 bedroom apartment over the last year and to be honest, it was a terrible experience. Our microwave broke 2 weeks into the lease, the dryer and dishwasher were broken for about 2 months despite multiple maintenance calls. Maintenance tends to respond quickly but they never work to fix the problem, they just slap a bandaid on it. Residents pay rent through a housing portal. The Albion forgot to charge us rent in our portal 2 months in a row. Additionally, in February, when we sent in our letter stating that we would be vacating when our lease ended on April 26th, they got our documents mixed up with another unit and were under the impression we wanted to move out over the upcoming weekend. They claimed that we were attempting to break our lease and that we’re going to have to pay 2 months of rent to cover breaking the lease and a 3rd months rent for not giving 60 days notice. That would have totaled to about $6,000. When we went to go talk to management, the leasing employees were busy making TikTok’s with the maintenance guys. Overall the apartments are falling apart and management is not good.

  Truly have enjoyed living here! When I came in for a tour, everyone was so nice & helpful. They were able to find me the best floor plan for me & my two cats. It is so convenient being right next to MTSU ! It is only a 15 minute walk to class. Bonus points for having an amazing maintenance team!! 10/10 recommend

  The staff is outstanding and very nice ! I was looking around for the best apartment for me online and came across the Albion. I called and talked to a very sweet woman named Kira and she was very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. You all by far have the best staff who actually enjoys their job and eager and happy to help.

  Having been a resident since 2022, these apartments are not bad like people say. The only reason people post bad reviews is because they don’t like to follow rules. The current staff is very knowledgeable, management is awesome, maintenance staff is great.

  Paper thin walls you can hear everything. Cockroaches all over the property. Brown recluses in the apartment and other bugs from the day we moved in. Overall very nasty and not an enjoyable experience. Toilet has been leaking for the entirety of my stay and management would not fix it. I was looking for new places within a month of moving in.
