  During my first real interaction with our new management team, they went above and beyond to resolve a tricky package delivery issue I had. The maintenance team always delivers top notch work. The complex is pretty quiet, residents friendly, and close to all MJ has to offer.

  I recently moved into Glass Creek, and Benjamin helped me every step of the way. He paid close attention to details and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I truly appreciated his support and professionalism.

  Having moved in at the start of the month, I was welcomed and provided a tour of the property. All members of management have been amazing to work with. The amount of care taken to ensure a proper move-in process and post move-in check made me feel valued.

  This place used to be great when I first moved in, but once the previous management was replaced, things went downhill fast.For months,residents were asked to be“understanding”about why basic services weren’t working and why there was never anyone available to actually help us.The gates didn’t work for months—so much for living in a gated community—and after finally being fixed,they broke again just two days ago.Trash is constantly left on the ground,and there’s always an excuse instead of a solution.These are things we’ve been paying for the entire time.What makes it worse is the management.The current manager consistently has a bad attitude and makes residents and potential tenants uncomfortable.I personally referred a few friends to look into living here,and every single one of them said the manager made them feel uneasy.If the company is smart,they’ll replace him.That said,credit where it’s due:if you walk into the office,first door on the left,the gentleman with the earrings has always been kind,patient,and genuinely helpful in my experience.He’s the only person there who seems to care.After months of delays and excuses,management suddenly wants to come out of the woodwork and complain about residents over minor issues—issues that wouldn’t even be happening if the property were being managed properly.Quite frankly,if you have other options,I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

  I’ve been a resident here for two years now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. The location is convenient, the grounds and amenities are always well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the exceptional management team, especially the apartment manager, Benjamin. Recently, I was dealing with a complicated issue that was stressing me out, and Benjamin went above and beyond to help resolve it. He was patient, professional, and proactive every step of the way, turning what could have been a nightmare into a smooth process. His dedication and genuine care for residents make all the difference.
