Horrible communication, approved an early move in and never generated a new lease or communicated what was going on: I gave a chance to make things right, but was denied.

Rebecca heard my frustration and concerns and made sure she kept in touch with me to make sure the issues got resolved! I was going to leave a bad review until the right person came along (Rebecca) and showed some concern about the experience I was going through! Progress Residential should allow their tenants to have a local person we deal with instead of the people on the 800 number that doesn’t show any concerns or if they care what you going through with the company
