  I moved on faith, and this experience truly exceeded my expectations. DaNia, Oteria, and the entire team were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond. Oteria the property manager even stayed late to make sure everything was finalized the my move in the next day. Apartment hunting after living in a house can be stressful, but they made it seamless. I had specific must-haves, and not only were they met, but exceeded… two balconies, plenty of storage, a spacious layout, and a convenient half bath for guests. Since I work from home, I needed a quiet space quickly, and despite my original unit not being ready, they made it happen. The thoughtful touches, like a welcome gift and photo on move-in day, made it even more special. Highly recommend… 5 stars!

  Da’Nia was such a great and wonderful person! She helped me out from the very beginning and assisted with me getting a great home. Thanks Da’Nia for everything!

  Edit: I am editing my review I left in good faith that the work was completed properly. The issue was actually not resolved. No communication from the office at all when trying to call or email. My email is bouncing back and had to use a different email. We have zero hot water and cannot get anyone to respond or resolve the issue. They have been out to our apartment twice this week when we weren’t there, stating that there were no issues. Maintenance said he hit the “reset button” - it worked for 2 showers and now the hot water is not working at all. This is the weekend and we’ve submitted another request - no hot water at all. We had expressed concerns that this was an electrical issue due to electrical clicking sounds and were told nothing was wrong. We are concerned for our safety due to a possible fire hazard. Yet there is no communication. Initial post: For our most recent maintenance request, the communication and professionalism was on point. They took care of the issue in a timely manner.

  He was very efficient, well skilled,he spend less time connecting the was and drier this displays good skills,and he eventually went ahead sorting my plumbing issues.I really appreciate the support he accorded me.
