  The towing company here is crazy. Never been towed but I constantly see the towing company speed by and do reckless maneuvers. He almost hit my car just driving though. Anyways if you were wondering there is a lady that looks out for the towing company and she’ll call to have them come scoop. The property manager replying and saying “why leave us a 1 star review?” Because you condone the crazy driving they do and inform them. I constantly see her calling and them scooping. Be safe guys

  I’ve requested speed bumps to be considered on Jefferson ONLY because the towing company you use drives 50mph+ coming off McLean and uses Jefferson as a cut through to turn onto barksdale and then comes back the same way just as fast after getting a car. I don’t care that people are getting towed. I get it, it’s a city. I’m TIRED OF THEM SPEEDING AND DISRESPECTING THE NEIGHBORHOOD THEY DON’T LIVE IN. Recently a tow truck came turning off McLean as my husband was about to cross with our dog and the guy stopped in time and then had the nerve to flash his lights at my husband as if he was “good” to cross. They can do better or better yet, use McLean to poplar, not the neighborhood.

  Recently bought by a new management. Since then it has been a little difficult to get maintenance issues resolved but on the good side they have not jacked our rent sky high and they are pretty good on grounds maintenance. But to ding them again they will not hire or allow us to have a resident manager as we did beforehand even with a few of us with experience volunteer to do it free. Overall still a good place to live
