  I’ve had a great experience at Highland Row Apartments in Memphis. The community is well-maintained, modern, and in a fantastic location that makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with updated finishes and a comfortable layout that truly feels like home. What really stands out is the management and staff—they are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond when anything is needed. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team genuinely cares about keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. The amenities are another big plus. From the relaxing common areas to the overall atmosphere of the community, Highland Row creates a great place to live whether you're working, studying, or just enjoying Memphis.   The staff at Highland Row are awesome! Very professional and always responsive to my needs. The grounds are well kept and the Pool is gerat! I would recommend living here to any one. SteveO in Memphis

  Property Management was very nice and accommodating with a great personality and informative. The maintenance supervisor was an top of his game! He had everything going, on time!

  I made an appointment with Antonio and went in for a tour of a one bedroom. Four days later I filled out an application online for a unit available for immediate occupancy (the next day). Rent would also start the next day (3-2-26). Antonio had already told me that I qualified for preferred employer and would pay no fees. The application was asking for payment of fees. I sent two separate messages through their website asking for this to be fixed for me to proceed, with no response. The following day I sent him a text message first thing in the morning asking him to please call me so we could proceed and he never did. Another day passed and I got a generic email from the company inviting me to apply, so I sent a response explaining everything and saying that I wouldn’t be back. Immediately I got an email from Antonio telling me good luck with my search on a place to live. I am the PERFECT candidate for an apartment. I am a senior citizen, 42 years at the same company. Single. No pets. Excellent credit score. Quite. No parties or trouble. Pay my bills on time. It baffles me!! The only thing I can figure is that this is a case of senior discrimination. There is simply no other explanation.
