But unless you like waking up at 4 AM, you should avoid the Front Street side of the building, because they place several rolling dumpsters out there most nights which are VERY LOUDLY emptied between 4:00 and 4:30 AM. The noise, without exaggeration, shakes the whole building. The first time I heard it I thought it was a train crash. I have not slept a full night in my time here due to this. Other than that, it is a great place.

My upstairs neighbor asked me to turn the TV down and I did so the next following day her dogs was running around her apartment at 3 o’clock in the morning. I did a courtesy not she got upset and started jumping on the floor. This has been a repeated issue for months. I’ve been falsely accused of smoking weed and no, it’s complaints even though the weed smoke and noise wasn’t coming for me. The parking is a serious issue. They charge you to park in the apartment parking lot $400 a month. Also if you park on the street if you do not have parking directly in front of the building, there is an event center across the street. .
